Registration Process

The registration form can be submitted in two ways: Manually or Online.

Manual Submission - The registration form can be obtained at the school office upon payment of the registration fee. After completing the form manually, it should be submitted to the school office. An admit card will be provided, indicating the date of the interaction/observation.

Online Submission - Alternatively, the registration form can be submitted online through the application form available on the school’s website (www.tigps.in). After successful submission, our executive counselor will contact you via the registered mobile number to guide you on the next steps. Once the registration is successfully completed, the student will be assigned a unique Application ID.

The registration fee must be paid on the day of the interaction/observation.

Important Notes:

• Students who submit the form online must also pay the registration fee on the day of the interaction/observation.
• The date for the interaction/observation will be communicated to the guardian via the registered mobile number and email ID.
• The online user ID should be referenced for all future correspondence.
• Merely receiving a user ID does not guarantee admission; selection will be based on the evaluation process.
• Admission is granted strictly based on the merit of the child and is entirely academic in nature. Any attempts to influence the school’s decision will result in disqualification.

Required Documents for Registration:

• A photocopy of the Birth Certificate from Kolkata Municipal Corporation/ Municipality/ Registrar, attested by a Gazetted Officer (Affidavits or other evidence are not acceptable). No photocopies of an attested birth certificate will be accepted.
• A photocopy of the report card from the last school attended (not required for Play Group, Nursery, and KG).
• One stamp-size photograph of the child.

For Online Applicants:

Candidates who submit their registration form online must provide the above documents on the day of the interaction/observation.

Admission Process for Younger Children:

There will be no formal interview for infant children. They will be assessed through a play-based method in a group setting.

Final Admission List:

The final selection list will be posted on the school’s notice board and website.

Post-Selection Process:

Once selected, candidates must complete the following steps within the stipulated timeframe:

• The admission form must be filled out completely and signed by both parents.
• Fees must be paid within the due date, either in cash or by demand draft.
• The original Birth Certificate must be presented for verification during the admission process.
• Four colored passport-size photographs of the student and one each for both parents (size 3.5 cm X 2.5 cm) must be submitted.
• A Transfer Certificate from the previous school must be submitted (not applicable for Play Group to Class I).
• For students in Class VIII and above, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the District Education Officer/Regional Officer for outstation students.

Refund of Fees

• Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• A written intimation requesting a refund of the security fee will be considered only if submitted within 30 days from the admission date, but not after the commencement of the class. Only the security fee will be refunded; no other fees are refundable.
• If a student withdraws admission without prior intimation within the stipulated 30-day period (and before the class begins), no security deposit will be refunded.
• No dues payable to the school will be adjusted against the security deposit.

Withdrawal policy: Students who withdraw and request a Transfer Certificate in the middle of the academic year will be required to pay fees for the remaining months of the academic year.
